Meet Jess and Zac Stubits of Mixie Media.
This creative husband and wife duo has been involved in digital marketing since 2011. Helping people is their passion and providing professional quality and individual attention to each of their clients is their goal.
Jess Stubits, Owner
Communications Design, BFA
Since graduating with a BFA in Communications Design from the Kutztown University of Pennsylvania in 2011, I have pursued my own freelance projects while maintaining a full-time marketing & graphic design position up until 2020. Following 2020, I began consulting and went on to grow my own business. I’ve worked with companies of a variety of sizes and industries, particularly focusing on small businesses, start-ups and non-profits. My diverse experience has given me insight into the challenges and needs of all businesses.

As an independent consultant, I help companies promote their brand and increase their online presence through social media and content marketing.
2014
Marketing Manager
I became the marketing manager of a telecommunications company whose segments included distribution, training/education, OEM, installation and repair services, equipment maintenance, and more. I oversaw all of the marketing for the company’s half dozen brands.
2011
Graphic Designer
In fall of 2011 I began as a graphic designer for a wedding photography company. I edited over 100,000 wedding photos, designed client wedding albums, and maintained the company website.

Freelance Web Design
I have been interested in HTML and creating websites since the early 2000s. I created my first client website in 2011 before graduating from college.
